Max leads capital markets and originations at Module Five Capital, bringing over a decade of experience in commercial real estate lending and investment. With a strong foundation in both debt and equity, he brings deep industry expertise in deal sourcing and structuring. Max holds a B.A. in Finance from Touro College.
Yehuda focuses on originations, investor relations, and operations at Module Five Capital. Yehuda began his career in property management, overseeing more than 2,500 residential units and 500,000 square feet of retail space at Arcadia Companies in San Jose, CA. Yehuda holds a B.A. from Touro College and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Nisson oversees deal structuring, underwriting, and asset management at Module Five Capital, bringing extensive investment experience across debt and equity. Nisson holds a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Raoul is the Senior Credit Advisor at Module Five Capital, guiding the firm's strategic and credit decisions with over two decades of leadership and experience in private credit and structured finance. He currently serves as a Managing Director at BlackRock. Raoul was a Co-Founding Partner of Kreos Capital, a leading growth and venture debt platform acquired by BlackRock in 2023. Raoul holds a law degree from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
